Organic production

The term "organic" means a method of cultivation and breeding that allows only the use of natural substances that occur naturally, excluding the use of synthetic chemicals such as chemical fertilizers, herbicides, genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Organic agriculture today is to develop a production model that avoids over-exploitation of natural resources, especially land, water and air, instead of using those resources in a development model that can endure over time (sustainable development). The organic farms have agreed to increase the plant and animal biodiversity to balance the ecosystem in order to promote the protection of crops by animals and insects and to reconstruct, maintain and enhance soil fertility.
