In the past few days we had the pleasure of receiving the visit of the spouses Esposito and Camusi at the Borgo.
Directly from Rome, our guests were able to observe and know every part of our company from the birth of the product to the stable. The tour began with the production and offered the visitors the chance to taste the cheese that just came out of the boiler. Then the next steps of processing were shown until we reached the maturing room where our visitors, among other things, had a great time taking a few pictures. The stall, which includes 175 dairy cows, was the next stage in which it was easy to understand the reason why our product has a certain value. The visit took a good part of the morning and ended with a proper tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano Bio combined with the balsamic vinegar from Acetaia Paltrinieri of Sorbara, our high quality cherry on top.
